manage server menu item not showing

I had my root disk fill up.  After fixing that my emby user interface (chrome) is not showing "manage server" anymore.  Any idea how to fix this?  Maybe I need to reinstall.

 

I created this log by restarting my server, loading the emby chrome app, and looking for "manage server" which was missing.

This would happen if you're logged in with an Emby user that does not have administrative rights. So you may have edited that user and restricted that permission. Try signing out and then signing back in as your admin user.

I am the only admin user.  Hence the problem.

Edit: and I am logged in as me.

I tried reloading the .deb over itself and that didn't fix it.  I guess I'll have to uninstall, wipe /var/lib/emby etc, and re-install.

I wiped my whole server drive and reinstalled everything.  So I will write off this as a fluke.
