jonesc2 1 Posted May 19, 2018 Posted May 19, 2018 (edited) Hi Guys If using the m3u option with a steaming provider can I have Emby keep a buffer of video? - not bothered if its a few minutes behind i get a few times where the stream will stall for a second or 2? I see its possible on Plex with transcoding but not sure how to force the settings on Emby, Thanks Edited May 19, 2018 by jonesc2 1

maegibbons 1287 Posted May 31, 2018 Posted May 31, 2018 hi If you use the m3u as an "IPTV M3U Tuner" within emby and record the stream you can then watch the in progress recording which effectively buffers the input and output. Krs Mark
Luke 42078 Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 The question would be is this something you're willing to force transcoding for in order to have this?
