Per Library Settings for Hide Watched Content from Latest Media

Should be on a per library basis. The reason is different media is consumed differently. Movies and tv series that you have manually added yourself you will almost certainly want this on. Things like recorded tv, music and maybe even photos I definitely do not want this setting on. I record some shows that I want to watch again even though I already have. With this setting on they never appear on the home screen. Same with music, if I’ve added a new album I quite like to listen to it a few times and therefore remain on the home screen. I’m actually not sure if photos have the concept of being watched, but again I’d probably like them to remain on the home screen in order of addition whether I have watched them or not.

I would like this for music, but to turn it on as it doesn't apply to music now.  In fact, I don't think you can even check music any more because that was removed awhile back.

 

I usually add many albums at a time and since Emby only shows a few of the latest it would be nice if the ones I listened to dropped off so that I could see the others.  I usually add the songs that I like to a favorites playlist and do not need to keep seeing the same new album, but can't see the other new albums because the ones I already listened to won't drop off.
