how to adjust bitrate on mobile web client?

I can seem to find the option to adjust the mobile web client bitrate.

 

Is there a way to do this?

Press the gear icon in the web player while you're playing your item. See the image.

Yes, that is how to do it on full web client. But my question is regarding mobile web client?

I don't see it on my phone either.  After inspecting the code on my pc with chrome, it looks like the button is set to display: none when the width is 640px or smaller.  It needs to be changed in the css media query.  A dev will have to fix it for the next release.

The #mediaPlayer .qualityButton should be removed.

However, my phone at 1080p in landscape should be way wider than 640px...

Sorry, didn't check on the phone. I use the iOS client on my phone and have never used the webclient there.
