messiah1095 3 Posted May 17, 2018 Posted May 17, 2018 I've noticed in the last couple of days that my Emby setup has not been detecting the latest episodes of some shows. After looking at these shows, they are missing all of their show/episode images and some do not have the latest episodes listed. I've tried refreshing these shows metadata and also scanning for missing files but it doesn't seem to have any effect. I've also had a look at the TV shows sections and it appears half are coming up with images while the other half haven't. I'm not sure if there is an issue with my cache but am looking for suggestions on how I can fix this. I recently upgraded my machine to Windows 10 1803 so not sure if it's related to that or not. I've not had issues like this with previous updates though. Currently running Emby 3.4.1.0.
messiah1095 3 Posted May 17, 2018 Author Posted May 17, 2018 (edited) Actually think I've worked it out. I had to reinstall the Emby service and forgot to set it to use my user account rather than the system account. The shows that were missing info were stored on my NAS so it didn't have access to the shares using the system account. After changing that, the shows now appear correctly in Emby.
