removing devices (users) so they don't reappear

can the removal of devices be changed so when you delete device it doesn't reappear? i pinned someone to my server and now every time i delete there device it reappears can this be changed to be permanently removed? if you delete device there is a reason you want to delete it can it stay deleted until you decide to pin it again? would be better if this option was available. i dont want that person using my server anymore but obviously every time they turn it on they still get access as they re-appear , i understand adding guests also but can this be done for pinned devices

Hi, what you should do is remove both the device and the user.

you can remove device but it comes back this is through pin , not user, i want the ability to remove devices permanently as that is how they have been added not through user

Ok, that's not how the system works. Our system is user-based. You need to block the user. Alternatively, you can also block a single device for a user, but I would suggest blocking the entire user. To learn more, please check out our wiki:
