zombieagain 7 Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Hi, the server has already an option to filter episodes that have subtitles. For my use, it would be actually great to filter episode that do not have any subtitles, either embedded or external, so I can go online and look for an appropriate subtitle file. Thanks, Giovanni 1
ebr 16178 Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 The new Reports section would make this pretty easy to see. You can't currently sort by subtitle existence but it is pretty obvious.
Koleckai Silvestri 1154 Posted March 27, 2014 Posted March 27, 2014 Second this request. Would like to filter out all episodes with subtitles to see the ones that do not have them. With several thousand episodes, it gets complicated.
zombieagain 7 Posted March 30, 2014 Author Posted March 30, 2014 Thanks. The report sections helps a lot. If I could sort by subtitles would be better, but the filter would really be a perfect solution. That said, using the reports I found several errors in the server detection, meaning that the server doesn't think that subs are available, but actually they are. For example I found a few examples of wtv files that have close captions, but the server says that there are no subs. I also have mkv files that have external .sub subtitles with the same name, but the server still says that there are no subs. I refreshed the episode, scanned the library and restarted the server, the result is always the same.
