WOL option isnt always there for web app?

I have noticed that most of the time, the option to wake the server isn't availabe on my emby web app.  I also have yet to discover a way to wake the server from EMC, and I don't think I always get that choice on the android app either.  Is there something I am missing or is this normal.  At some point, I will be moving emby to a NUC that never sleeps so this wont be a big issue but while i'm on that subject, I was wondering if there is a transfer tool where I could do a full replication of my current server onto the NUC.  I will be keeping the server instance on the current machine as well because of issues between EMC, and cinema mode.

It will never be there in the web app. Web browsers are not able to send WOL packets.
