issue streaming some 4k movies

Hello,

 

My server is running off the latest 4.1 OSX update and I am using both the roku beta/normal version and have issues playing some movies. It says error, not a time out but unknown error or reason on half my library. I use Plex with no issue on direct play/stream on all these movies. I am not sure what settings to check.

 

Also one other question if anyone knows does emby on remote connections download a few seconds in advanced on roku compared to Plex. I have a family member that streams off my library and we have had connection issues which is why I am trying to give Emby a try.
