atrpm 3 Posted May 11, 2018 Posted May 11, 2018 Hello, I'm new to Emby. Initially I setup the Emby server on a MAC to test things out, everything worked fine. I have since then bought and setup an Intel NUC (NUC6i7KYK). The issue that I'm having is that I'm not able to stream remotely to an iPhone X. First I was not able to connect to the server, I followed the Connectivity wiki and I'm now able to connect (setup port forwarding) and see my content but any time that I try to stream something it starts loading and then I get a black screen and nothing happens. If I'm connected to my home network via WIFI things work fine. If I try what I mentioned above from the MAC server it works fine. Any idea what could be going on? Thanks!

atrpm 3 Posted May 11, 2018 Author Posted May 11, 2018 Hello Luke, thanks for the reply. I’m using TMobile with the HD video pass they offer so bandwidth shouldn’t be an issue + it works on the Mac server. Thanks again!
