Hi, it's not frozen. The first scan can take a little while. I would just be patient and allow it to finish. Subsequent scans will be faster. Thanks.

Hi, this log covers only a 90 minute time span. I thought you said it had been 24+ hours?

it has been, but nowhere in the instructions you sent does it tell me how to send 24 hours worth of logs... do you want me to manually copy/paste all of them?

What you can do is attach multiple files if necessary. So for example, if the time of the library scan covered two log files, you could attach them both. Thanks !
