System not creating images

Hi,

 

I just updated the emby to Version 3.4.1.0 but it stop create a image from a video.

 

Is this a bug and new version doesnt create thumps anymore

Hi, please check the settings for that library and make sure the Screen Grabber Image Fetcher is enabled. To do this, click on one of your libraries in Emby library setup, then scroll down to the Image downloader section. You may need to click the toggle for advanced settings.
