greasy 4 Posted May 8, 2018 Posted May 8, 2018 Since the 3.4 update, our new recordings aren't matching what is showing up in the thumbnail while fast forwarding. I'm not sure what log that plugin writes to, so I haven't attached anything. All of the prior recordings are fine, but anything since 3.4 appears to be offset.

greasy 4 Posted May 8, 2018 Author Posted May 8, 2018 (edited) I just realized that the server is trans-coding these newer .TS files instead of direct streaming/playing like it was before. I'm guessing that's why we're seeing this happen on the roku. The older recordings that were in the MKV container work fine. It's just the newer ones. I'm going to see if MCE buddy can shrink these up until the server allows us to process the recordings after they're recorded. Edited May 8, 2018 by greasy
