Question re file naming

I have a 5-part documentary that aired on TV that I'm trying to get onto my server. Since has multiple episodes, I've saved it in my TV folder. However, there were no seasons associated with this documentary, and I can't seem to figure out how to get emby not to display the episodes in seasons. Any suggestions? The naming structure I'm using is:

 

TV\Documentary Name\01 - title of episode

                                       02 - title of episode

                                       03 - title of episode

 

and so on.

Hi, there is currently no setting to avoid having emby server display a season. It's possible for the future though.

Hi - Is anybody aware if this is a formal feature request ?  A large percentage of my documentaries only have one 'season' and thus its annoying having to select 'Season 1' when logic suggests if there is only one season, then don't display 'Season 1' - display the episodes instead ..

 

It's no major issue I agree - but as Emby is certainly in it's 'polishing' stage now - it's these little tweeks that differentiates it from the competition ..

Thanks Happy but that was back in the MB2 days (*I think.. - 2014* ..)   I remember using it and it worked then, but it never made it over to the Emby re-write..   

 

Maybe I'll submit a new feature request which is a bit more up to date
