12:00 hour format and User Settings

Hello,

with the LG user menu the point "Settings" is missing, in the Samsung menu the button is present.

LG App sets the time in 12:00 hour format, e.g. 11:39 PM displayed. At the Samsung App 24:00

These are not real bug, just wanted to say it.

@ Luke, I used the German GUI and I noticed a few translation errors. Is that interesting for you?

The time format is a platform defect that LG has acknowledged to us.
