EDIT:

The TV is listed on Emby's Devices list..

EDIT2:

If i access url logged on app log /emby/Dlna/Profiles/0d2770285bf3386df6a5b29840193742 i get a message "Access token is required."

Is there still an issue?

Yes. I always have to restart Emby to be able to access it through DLNA...

Not necessarily. The server sends out alive messages every 60 seconds. By restarting you're having one go out right away. So if you just wait a little bit, it might show up on the TV.

I have an LG TV for testing and it works just fine for me. Thanks.

I have a windows scheduled task to hibernate the windows at the end of every day.

After resuming from hibernation, those alive messages are not being sent. That's why I need to restart the Emby server, the application not the windows :) to be able to access it from my TV.

Ok, please try again with the next release of emby server, thanks.

Hi Luke.. I'm running now on Version 4.0.1.0 and it doesn't work yet.

I've attached the two log files..

The first (embyserver-63684716392.txt) is one before i restart the server on my android app.. The second (embyserver.txt) is the one after that..

While on first file the only reference to Dlna is when it's being disposed, on the second one we have those 4 lines:

2019-02-02 14:59:57.960 Info App: Loading Emby.Dlna, Version=4.0.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null

2019-02-02 15:01:12.734 Info App: Starting entry point Emby.Dlna.Main.DlnaEntryPoint

2019-02-02 15:01:15.087 Info App: Entry point completed: Emby.Dlna.Main.DlnaEntryPoint. Duration: 2.3531346 seconds

2019-02-02 15:01:15.759 Info Dlna: Registering publisher for urn:schemas-upnp-org:device:MediaServer:1 on 192.168.1.7

Thanks.
