Identify not working

Hi

 

Windows 10 x64 Emby Server 

I've just reinstalled the latest version of Emby having not used it for a couple of months

 

Have just imported the libraries and a few of my tv shows have been identified wrong - no problem I usually just use the identify function and deal with it, however whenever I search using identify, I am getting no results whatsoever.  This is happening on movies as well.  I can add the relevant details from imdb or tvdb/moviedb and still no results, meaning I cant update the library correctly...

 

Anyone got any ideas?

Tested on stable and beta server and was able to identify with name and external ids.

@@eas4uk, the Identify feature now incorporates your server library settings. Do you have internet metadata enabled for your TV library? If you don't, then the Identify feature will not return any results. Please check on this, thanks.

Thanks - whilst looking for the setting I realised I had somehow 'locked' the metadata and this was what was preventing the identify function from working
