tehmosoo 0 Posted May 5, 2018 Posted May 5, 2018 Hello, it seems trying to access the Emby server externally is not working. I've gone through the Connectivity troubleshooting guide with no success. Port forwarding is setup and canyouseeme lists the connection as successful to port 8096. Firewall is not enabled on my Synology NAS. Inside the network everything works as expected and other Synology services are accessible externally. I've ran out of options here, can you please help?

tehmosoo 0 Posted May 6, 2018 Author Posted May 6, 2018 Hi, when trying to access externally i use both app.emby.media on a chrome browser and the emby app on my iphone. I log in with Emby Premiere, my server shows up, click Connect and after ~10 secs of trying, it return the error that "We're unable to connect to this server".
