Emby Premiere - external connection not working

Hello, it seems trying to access the Emby server externally is not working. I've gone through the Connectivity troubleshooting guide with no success. Port forwarding is setup and canyouseeme lists the connection as successful to port 8096. Firewall is not enabled on my Synology NAS. Inside the network everything works as expected and other Synology services are accessible externally.

 

I've ran out of options here, can you please help?

Hi, what happens when you try to access externally? What devices are you trying to connect with?

Hi, when trying to access externally i use both app.emby.media on a chrome browser and the emby app on my iphone. I log in with Emby Premiere, my server shows up, click Connect and after ~10 secs of trying, it return the error that "We're unable to connect to this server".

What if you try entering the ip address manually? can you please try that? thanks.
