Android screen

Hello,
i know this is a small problem and not really important but i want to let you know, that when i play videos on the chromecast, the background from the look screen change the whole time.
I upload a gif where you can see what i mean.
I use android 8.1 if that is importand.

What do you mean by change the whole time? What does it change to?

sorry, i mean it change the background to the background of the movie and then back again to my normal background and than it change again to the movie background and so on.
