Server not discovering any media files

About 3 hours ago I restarted my server box. I don't know at what point after that this started happening, but as of about a half-hour ago, my Emby server is now showing empty libraries for all types. I tried restarting the server application and the server box a few times to no avail.

 

The only error I'm seeing in the server log is this:

It appears several times throughout.

I'm at a loss for what could be causing this and have no idea what to do about it... Help please!

Hi, I attached the most recent server log (by Date Modified column).

 

Also, it's a weird thing - looking at the top-level list of Libraries (e.g. TV Shows, Movies, etc.), I can see poster art for many of the items in my library as  thumbnails, but once I click on any of them it doesn't show any of them actually in there. Like this:

What is your M: drive?

It is the drive on which I store all my media. Subfolders for things like Movies, TV Shows, Photos, Games, etc.

Yes, I've tried it several times, in fact I think one is in progress right now, the log should reference it

Sorry it took me this long to update this. The scan has of course completed but library is still showing empty, I've attached the latest log.

If you add a new library, does that show up?

When I added a new library, items showed up in it. Removing all my libraries & re-adding them as new, plus a library scan, is making them appear. Thank you Luke!
