No video when starting LiveTV on Amazon Fire TV (2nd gen)

I selected a channel to watch from the guide, but I only got a black screen with the circle turning until it asked if there was a problem with playback.  I said "yes", but it didn't fix the problem.  The same issue happened yesterday on both this Fire TV as well as an Nvidia Shield.  I sent the logs from the Fire TV app yesterday as well, same user and was about 930 am.

Hi.  Can you please try with the beta version on your Shield?

You bet, I will try that tonight when I get home.  Any advice for the FireTv?  My wife watches that one

If your test with the Shield works then we'll know the next version will fix it.

I installed the beta last night on the Shield and live TV worked, but this was also after a server reboot, which has traditionally solved this problem for me as well.  I'll give it a few days and see how things are going.  I'm trying to eliminate that server reboot step
