Paid to unlock app on Nvidia Shield why am I still being limited?

After paying for the unlock I am still limited to playback of 1.01.

 

Why?

 

Also whenever I try to press the >> button the video just restarts and if I use the buttons for rewind fast forward on the controller it also just restarts the video.

 

Even for those few seconds you would think rewind and fast forward would work.

Hi.  The TV app does not limit playback to a particular time when not unlocked.  It won't allow playback at all.

 

It sounds like you may just be having a general playback issue.  Can you please post the information in How to report a playback problem?
