svanden 0 Posted April 28, 2018 Posted April 28, 2018 Ok details first: Emby v.3.0.22 Kodi krypton v17.6 with titan skin Log: https://paste.kodi.tv/buvitikoxu I thought at first resume playback was just working sporadically, but I seem to have narrowed it down to the fact it is not working with my TV shows library. It works fine, I believe, with my Movie library. The progress seems to be saved fine to the web client for both TV shows and Movie libraries, and I can resume the progress fine from the web client for both libraries. However I cannot resume progress on my Nvidia Shields for the TV shows library. Something really fishy seems to be going on with the Shield's TV library and "in progress" items though, as when I select "in progress" as one of the shortcuts from the TV main menu(TV Shows-->In progress TV shows), which should show me all in progress TV shows, I get the below menu instead. It is almost as if my Shield's Kodi is not, for lack of a better term, mapping to "in progress TV shows" correctly. When I select "Movies-->In progress movies" I get the correct list of in progress movies, and can select one with the expected result of resuming play from the proper spot in the title. As you can see, not so much with TV shows. I have tried uninstalling Kodi and reinstalling Kodi-->Titan-->Emby from scratch to see if there was any weird interactions going on between the addons, but no luck. Other than that I am stuck, as I am very much a Kodi/Emby novice and will very much appreciate any guidance given to me. If any additional information is needed I will try to provide it as soon as possible.

There are two presentations of similar issues I feel are related: 1) To answer your question I launched Emby for Kody, Selected my TV show library > in progress episodes and then was met with the image I posted. It seems nonsensical, but it is what happens 100% of the time. 2) I cannot resume an in progress TV show by any method. Obviously I cannot navigate TV shows > in progress tv shows and find them, and even if I navigate to them through my TV show library upon selecting, say, "start from 16:04" the player starts the episode from the beginning of the title.
Angelblue05 4132 Posted April 28, 2018 Posted April 28, 2018 1 - I do not have this issue, hmm. it displays my episodes in progress. Can you try launching Emby for Kodi - Refresh Emby playlists and Video nodes, see if it makes a difference. 2 - Can you provide a log capturing this. Your first log doesn't show anything related to resuming playback. thank you.
