MP4 Wont play

New to Emby.

 

Have several MP4 TV shows that won't play on my 4th Gen Apple TV. File is MPEG-4  MP4, 7969 Kkb/s, 1920x1080 (16:9) at 29.970 FPS. Audio stream is AC3 16 bits

 

Emby Server Version 3.3.1.0

Windows 10

Empby App version 1.1.15

TVOS 11.3

 

I tried to play Big Bang Theory at about 8:40 am

 

Error: Content cannot be played because its's format is not compatible with Apple TV

Hi.  Can you please post the media info (bottom of screen on detail page of web app) for that item?

How large should the sample be?

It doesn't really matter. What matters is that the same problem is exhibited with the sample. Thanks.
