Emby WMC- using external player stopped working

In 'Emby for WMC Configurator" I've always pointed it to my Cyberlink Powerdvd 16 to play video. But after upgrading Emby for WMC to 3.0.307 this feature stopped working. Clicking on play in WMC just 'pings' instead of playing it in Powerdvd.

Is there a internal setting in WMC that got flipped somehow to disable externals players, etc. See attached.

The log in the media browser-classic folder shows this, 500 server error. Any idea where this is configured?

Make sure your server is up to date.

You might also want to try the beta version of EMC.

Yep both are up to date, I installed the beta of emc with no change. The error log looks like emc is trying to hit a different IP than emby server uses. Any idea where this IP is set?

Exactly what version is the server and app?

The url that is failing is a standard progress report.  Why do you think the IP is wrong?

I just installed the new server 3.4.1.0 and then reinstalled Emby for WMC over top. All ok now. I've seen this happen a couple of times in the past with the same fix. This time it was finicky though. Cheers.
