Question about my network shares

I'm having issues with playback on the following clients but I have not had the time to check on other clients:

Roku  -- Says not an issue with https or server timeout (something to that extent)

Android Mobile -- Spinner of death

Chrome Browser -- No compatible streams

Not sure if it is related but all my Cover Art seems to have gone missing too.

Here's my server log and a couple ffmpeg logs. First ffmpeg log is trying on Roku on the local network. Second ffmpeg log is trying both on Android Mobile and Chrome Browser via WAN.

Emby Server Log 26042018.txt

Emby ffmpeg log 061204262018.txt

Emby ffmpeg log 071604262018.txt

Thanks!

Oops.

Umm, other than changing out my modem my network has had no changes in the last 24 to 48 hours.

I believe that location may not exist now plus I wasn't trying play that particular file. At any rate I'll verify my library and my network shares.

Thanks.

BTW, I was not trying to play that file but rather the latest episode of Real Time with Bill Mayer. This plays just fine in Plex via the webpp (app.plex.tv) while logged into my Plex Server.

Yes, I run both because my work completely blocks me from playing Emby in any way. I still prefer Emby on all my local and WAN clients..

Perhaps the network is up now and it will work. Nonetheless, your server and ffmpeg logs are filled with network share access problems. If you sort that out then you'll be able to play again.

Thanks Luke! I'll check it out and report back. I did have some network issues this morning. It borked WMC and epg123 guide updates too. UGH.. I spent over an hour sorting things out in the early morning today! Some days are just worthy of a mulligan at times.

Thank you @@Luke for pointing me in the right direction.

What I discovered was that the file sharing certificates for my PC and HTPC got hosed somehow. This morning I had to figure out why sharing wasn't working, find a fix for that and the apply the fix. All is well for now but it'd be nice to know why this issue happened so that I can prevent it in the future.. Turned out that I had to go to

C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Roaming\PeerNetworking\

and delete idstore.sst on both computers then reboot to create a new certificate. It seems all sharing is good again but jeez! If it's not one thing, it's another!

EDIT:

BTW, this fixed the problems with cover art as well of course. I took the time though to finally set up all the paths for metadata etc to be on an HDD rather than the boot SSD too. Hopefully it will still be speedy but I don't want to "wear out" my SSD either.

Thanks again!!
