External playback not working well . http slow in logs

I am unable to play emby in externally as anything i play ends up sticking every couple of seconds until at some point it stops completely. looks at the logs, there are some instances of slow http response.

When i try to use emby in chrome, there is no video. just audio. i am forced to use edge.

Playing externally causes playback to be stop and restart over and over until it finally stops completely. logs attached. anyone else have similar issues?

What kind of connection both up and down and what is the bitrate setting in the app?

the bitrate setting was 720p 1mbps. i have a 100 mb down 12 up while i believe the external connection was 25 down. i don't have ffmpeg logs yet. i will try to get some next weekend.
