Why does Emby see folder named artwork as a season?

I like to use my own custom artwork for some things and when I do I put the files in a special folder so as not to have them overwritten or overlooked by me in the future.  I have tried creating a folder called "covers" or "artwork" under the show's folder.  I have also tried naming the files within "season 1" and "s01" and no matter how I do it , the folder shows up as a season under the show in Emby.  I have attached a screenshot showing what I'm talking about.  How can I resolve this?

 

I should add that the series also contains a folder named "extrafanart" which does not show up as a season.

Currently all folders directly under the series are treated as seasons. It's something we plan to revise in the future. Thanks.

That one has special handling because it's a very common one.

For artwork yes. There are some others for different things like trailers for example.

Gotcha.  Thanks!  Definitely would be a good idea to remove that "feature".  I would think that Emby wouldn't do that unless it detected videos files in the folder, at least.
