Chapters for tv shows

Guys am I missing something or is there no chapter options for tv shows.

 

If I choose the option for a tv show off the home screen I can get a detail layout like movies, but if I choose an episode from a season level (because they are in a list) there is no details screen and it directly plays the episode.

 

Is there a setting somewhere to always show detail screen for episodes?

It's something that got removed a long time ago, and a bunch of us keep asking for it. It's apparently going to be returned, at some point

Good! Here is why.

 

I fell a sleep watching fear the walking dead last night.

 

Now it is marked as watched and no longer resides in the home screen. This means no chapters.

 

Now I have to skip through parts of the episode I have watched.

 

When I skip to many times in a row the theater crashes back to Xbox dashboard.

 

Pretty much a shitty experience over all.

 

Chapters need to come back really soon, I'm just mashing the skip button like I'm playing Galaga!... But it's emby theater. LOL!

Did you try selecting the "i" inside the ○?

I haven't seen that before. Is it in the Xbox one app interface?

 

Where about could I find it?

It isn't present, in Theater. If you look in the web app, it's there. That's what will be in Theater, eventually.

Those things are already in Theater in desktop and mobile layout modes. They won't be added to TV mode. We will add an option to the app to always show the detail screen instead of just starting playback.
