I keep getting the following error every time I do a library scan:

 

Scan Media Library Failed

14 minutes ago

Exception of type 'SQLitePCL.pretty.SQLiteException' was thrown.

 

I read the link below, and renamed my library.db file and restarted Emby. It recreates the database and works fine... Until I restart my computer. I normally put my computer to sleep, but about once a week, I restart it, and this is when this database error comes back. Any ideas or solutions other than recreating my database every week?

Hi, it looks like you might have multiple instances of Emby Server running. Please try rebooting your machine and see if that helps. Thanks !

Since you are getting "Busy: database is locked" that usually mean there are multiple instances of Emby running as Luke mentioned. Have you checked your Windows startup folder?

 

How do you start Emby?

Ok, so I think I got it figured out. I did have multiple instances running. I apparently had Emby in my User startup folder and the Common startup folder. I got rid of one of them and it seems to be all good for now. I'm gonna restart a few more times to make sure it stays fixed, but I'm pretty sure that should have fixed it.
