emby only shows the first 30 seconds?

Im trying to watch a movie on emby and its only showing the first 30 seconds on the remaining time and adding more seconds as I continue to watch, is there a way to remove this?

Did you by chance setup your libraries using the smb protocol, or using unc shares \\ ?

I need the information you redacted though. I wanted to see the media info for the file that we were able to extract. Assuming that it's empty, try refreshing the item from the video detail screen by clicking the 3-dot menu -> refresh metadata
