Change what shows up first and Sort view isn't available in the "Folder" tab

Starting MBT, it default to  "Movie", can we change this to default to the "Folder" or customize all this? 

 

Also the default movie folder you can sort and save the sort view which is very nice but its greyed out when you go through the "Folder" tab.
