Deihmos 169 Posted March 23, 2014 Posted March 23, 2014 Sometimes my PC loses connection to the shared drives but the video still plays on MBC using transcoding. Previously it alerted me before attempting to stream. Is there a way to prevent it from transcoding ?
ebr 16169 Posted March 23, 2014 Posted March 23, 2014 Make sure the media is available directly . Right now, it will fall back to attempting to stream it. If people uniformly have bad experiences with that then I will probably just disable it again.
Deihmos 169 Posted March 24, 2014 Author Posted March 24, 2014 I think I fixed the networking issues I have been having for a long time. Turns out it was the router so mark this as solved.
