Problem streaming

Hey guys wondering if anyone can help! I am using an external server and it works perfectly on my MacBook phone and everything but through the emby app on the Samsung tv. This is the error I am getting “ No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details.“

Could you tell us the model TV and app version you're using?  Thanks

Yes its a Samsung 2014 h series! And app is the latest on the app store
