"Suggested movies" for themes

I see that the web browser library shows "suggested" movies; is that something that is accessible to theme developers as well? If it is, does anyone know of a theme that does this?

And to answer the original question, yes, it's in the api and I know Roku will be using it. I'm sure over time the others will too.
