Luke 42085 Posted April 4, 2018 Posted April 4, 2018 The sync transcoding process currently does not have an automatic fallback to cpu in the event that it fails with the GPU. We can look at adding this soon. In the meantime you may just have to disable QSV.
moryoav 2 Posted April 5, 2018 Author Posted April 5, 2018 I disabled it, but what now? How do I force Emby to retry all the failed sync jobs? No other way except to remove the TV shows and movies and to add them again? There really should be an option there for each synced show that says "retry sync"...
