lordsiris 2 Posted April 4, 2018 Posted April 4, 2018 (edited) @ Thanks for adding the empty folders option to the beta and within hours of the request!! Seem to be having an issue with the beta, installed it and nearly every menu navigation action prompted me that I need to install the "emby" addon. I finally relented and it installed the Emby for Kodi addon then prompted me for server, user, then started the database sync. I'm guessing something in the EmbyCon addon is triggering the prompt to install the "emby" addon. I blew away my Kodi install (ouch) and started from scratch. Only thing I installed was Eminence 2 skin, the beta repo, then EmbyCon. Configured EmbyCon, created custom menu items in Eminence to EmbyCon nodes (tv, movies, dvr) and EmbyCon widget for each (next, recently added, unwatched). After changes completed, skin helper recreated menu then back to home screen and again navigation starts to trigger the install "emby" popup. What other information can I provide to help, or have I just totally missed something I was supposed to do/install/read/etc? Thanks! Edited April 4, 2018 by lordsiris
lordsiris 2 Posted April 8, 2018 Author Posted April 8, 2018 @ I apologize, I haven't had a chance to look at it again till this evening. I wiped Kodi and started again, loaded the 1.4.47 which appears to now be the latest. Loaded Eminence and all appeared good, then it started again. Good news, it only happens when the "Use extra fanart if available" option in Eminence->Library is enabled. Without that enabled the repeating install "Emby" popup does not occur. Honestly got luckily, then started turning options on and off till I found the one causing it. I hope this helps!
