General/server - can "More Like This" suggest both movies and shows?

I have a mixed content library, and I would absolutely love to get both movies and shows in the "More Like This" section. Currently it only suggests the same type of media.

 

Is there an option, or even some code I could alter, to get it to suggest both types?
