The playlist generated by DVBLink contains channel links with DVBLink decoded raw channel streams from my encrypted channels from my HDHomeRun tuner, so Emby receives the raw stream, not a transcoded one. I see no difference in media info reported by Emby if I load those links in a m3u tuner or install the HDHomeRun tuner directly in Emby.
Kmark40 3 Posted July 4, 2018 Posted July 4, 2018 +1 here. Same issues and similar hardware to OP. Htpc in living room along with (new) hdhomerun and NVIDIA shield in bedroom. I live in Australia, so I imagine broadcast tv will be much the same.
