Refresh rates not changing with MPV

Thank you.  I swear I searched for how to do it, but couldn't find anything.  Anyway, here goes:

 

 

This log is when I play a file after first opening MBT.  It correctly changes the refresh rate from 29 to 23.  After the file finishes playing, it reverts to 29.

This log is when I play the same file again (i.e. the 2nd play in the same instance of MBT).  The refresh rate stays at 29.

It looks like the second time around, mpv doesn't find any refresh rates to choose from.

This issue appears to be resolved now.  Theater is changing refresh rates for every video I play now.
