Sammy 790 Posted March 27, 2018 Posted March 27, 2018 I'm wondering if internet streaming channels such as HBOGO, for example, can be set up to run through IPTV with proper login credentials for the channel. If yes, how to set it up? Can it be set up to stream from any website? A long time ago, I had several videos saved to the IPTV screen but haven't really even used it lately. A test just now yields, "Playback Error, No compatible streams available" but this may be related to the recent reports of IPTV being broken in the last f/w update more than anything. Thanks.. Playback Error No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details. Playback Error No compatible streams are currently available. Luke 42077 Posted March 27, 2018 Posted March 27, 2018 If you have a direct video url yes but you can't just give it a web page url.
Sammy 790 Posted March 27, 2018 Author Posted March 27, 2018 If you have a direct video url yes but you can't just give it a web page url. Where does one enter the URL and how to negotiate pages requiring a login? Does the page need to be up and running logged in on the server?
Luke 42077 Posted March 27, 2018 Posted March 27, 2018 You enter it into the plugin configuration. As far as how to obtain video urls, I'm not really an expert at that sorry. I'm sure you can search around and find some iptv content.
tygra 0 Posted March 29, 2018 Posted March 29, 2018 If you are setting up IPTV then I can confirm that it is working fine with the current version. I obviously can't list the working live broadcast channels but as a test you could set up an M3U tuner in Live TV & use the attached file as a source............. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1_ka0-WX6o212yjVUqMayPTr4GOVyEZO0
