Hi! I can't pay because PayPal is blocked in Türkiye. 😔 Is there any other way to pay?

I do have a suspicion that the host throttles downloads by throwing a 404 but they won't confirm that. I also throttle downloads when it's a huge block of themes being downloaded, just to be nice to the host and prevent issues I'd seen before. It tends to download all available within a few days.

Fraid not. Sorry pal. Although surely a revolut card and a VPN to check out on PayPal via a different country would work? I have PayPal accounts in a few places to take advantage of their local prices for subscriptions using that exact method

Hey @radeonSorry to bother you but I had to move my server to a new machine and restore from a backup. Im trying to get the plugins working again but I'm having an issue. With ytrailers, I put in my license code but it doesn't seem to save. When I come back its blank. Also is there anything I need to do for the themes plugins other than just downloading them back?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Not sure why ytrailers wouldn't be saving the key. Are you running the latest version of the plugin from my site? You'll also need to make sure you're not running beta emby

As for the theme plugins, they'll just licence on as long as you're using the correct premier details in your installation

I had to search through my email to find the Key for ytrailers. I have purchased it a couple of times over the years. could it be that I'm using the wrong key?  Could you possibly lookup my order maybe? When I hit save the field to enter the key goes blank and then nothing happens. 😥

Are you running the latest version of the plugin? It'll save even if it's wrong so it wouldn't be that you're using the wrong key

I downloaded the .dll from your website. is that current?

1.9.1.0 ytrailers running on 1.8.10.0 of emby. Just tried mine and it's absolutely fine. Maybe try and ctrl + F5 on the page to clear it's cache before you enter it.

Here's what happens when I try to enter the license key. Should I ask @Lukefor help on this?

I removed the video file when I realized my license code was visible. I can send it in a DM if you want.

What version of emby are you running?

Not beta.

Strange, works perfectly for me.

Chuck this in your config file and just change out the AAAAAAAAAA to your licence key and save it, restart emby server and you should be set.

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<PluginConfiguration xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
  <ExpiryNotificationSet>false</ExpiryNotificationSet>
  <LicenceKey>AAAAAAAAAA</LicenceKey>
</PluginConfiguration>

Your config path maybe slightly different but mine is located here:

C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\plugins\configurations\YTrailers.xml

How do I save it and place it?  Notepad? .Xml? I tried using Emby for PC instead of the webpage and It crashed back out to the emby logo and when it came back it was blank again. My transfer to a new machine was seamless except for this one tiny detail lol.

Yeah it's just XML, the file should already be there. Notepad should be fine

Sorry that did nothing. I did see that my license code was already there though. But the plugin acts like it isn't registered.

Eh? I thought the whole thing was you couldn't enter the lic?

What do your logs say?

Maybe a weird idea but in which direction does the registration check work? (incomming/outgoing connection) Maybe @Scott310 has some country restrictions or his provider and the server could not connect, or another problem with some network/connection background.

Could it be some kind of unable to check/connect to the registration service?

Sorry to bother you once again but I have the latest version now and I put in my license key.  I restarted the server and the machine just for good measure and ran a scan a few times.  It ends quickly and nothing is downloaded. I'm sure its something simple but I can't figure it out. I have purchased it a couple of times in the past. could it be the wrong license key maybe?

I sent a log over DM

Hello. I see quite a few of the errors like below. I think it is due to missing files on mediafire. What gives?
