dynomite567 0 Posted March 23, 2018 Posted March 23, 2018 So, I want to set up an Emby server with my pi (Currently I only have one on my laptop) and when I try to install it, it says dependencies missing. I saw it was something with libc6 not being the latest version (I have 19.0, its asking for 20.0). Anyone know how to upgrade it? I have a Raspberry Pi 3 B and am trying to install Emby Server Beta for ARMHF
Luke 42077 Posted March 23, 2018 Posted March 23, 2018 Hi there, can you please show us the full and exact terminal output? Thanks !
dynomite567 0 Posted March 24, 2018 Author Posted March 24, 2018 Sorry for the wait, here you go! dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of emby-server: emby-server depends on libc6 (>= 2.22); however: Version of libc6:armhf on system is 2.19-18+deb8u10. dpkg: error processing package emby-server (--install): dependency problems - leaving unconfigured Processing triggers for libc-bin (2.19-18+deb8u10) ... Errors were encountered while processing: emby-server
dynomite567 0 Posted March 24, 2018 Author Posted March 24, 2018 I tried to upgrade it, but it would not do it (even after trying to force it). I decided to reinstall the image and it seems to be fine now, kinda odd but it's fixed.
dynomite567 0 Posted March 24, 2018 Author Posted March 24, 2018 I originally used a RetroPie image (Raspbian Jessie) but since I don't use the raspberry pi as a retro gaming console as much, I just got DietPi installed instead.
