Lemy Danger 0 Posted March 23, 2018 Posted March 23, 2018 Hi, I have some troubles with the Auto Organize Plugin. It refuses to organize files for a specific show. As the plugin doesn't hold important information I thought a complete fresh installed version could solve the problem for me. I tried a re-installation and removed the fileorganization.db(-wal, -shm). Both didn't seem to have any effect. All the smart matches are still there as well as the config. How can I uninstall a plugin / the auto organize plugin completely inlcuding its config/data? The real problem: Each time I try to move a file with auto organize I get this log message and nothing happens. 2018-03-23 12:24:58.264 Info App: Sorting file /global_videos/auto/tvs-agents-of-shield-dd51-ded-dl-7p-ithd-avc-213.mkv2018-03-23 12:24:58.275 Warn App: Unable to find series in library matching name tvs-agents-of-shield-dd51-ded-dl-7p-ithd-avc I tried (several times) to add a new show and sort the file into this new show, the result is the same exept that I get a new entry in this list: To clean this list up I tried to move away all content of the show and rescan the library which removed the show from the normal emby clients but not from that list. Is this list maintained by the plugin as well? I'm running a bit out of ideas so I would be glad to hear yours Cheers, Lemy
Luke 42078 Posted March 23, 2018 Posted March 23, 2018 hi, when you uninstall the plugin config remains in case you reinstall. you can shut down the server and delete the config files manually if you like. it would be under the server's program data folder then /config/autoorganize.xml
Lemy Danger 0 Posted March 23, 2018 Author Posted March 23, 2018 Thanks. Can you also tell me where the new tv shows get created when I click the little + next the the tv show drop down (shown in the picture in the first post) and how I can delete items from that list? Cheers
Luke 42078 Posted March 23, 2018 Posted March 23, 2018 I'm not the primary developer of the auto-organize plugin but i would think it would create a new folder for that show under your tv series library, no?
Lemy Danger 0 Posted March 23, 2018 Author Posted March 23, 2018 Yes it does. But as you can see from the duplicates in the picture above it creates somewhere else an entry for that show as well. This entry is persitant even after I moved the tv show folder out of embys visibility followed by a library re-scan and a emby restart.
Luke 42078 Posted March 23, 2018 Posted March 23, 2018 Right OK, this is actually an emby core issue with leaving those entries hanging around in the database. It is on our list for review for a future release. thanks.
shad0h 8 Posted November 4, 2018 Posted November 4, 2018 Hi @@Luke, This is an old thread, but I am still having the issue described above. Was the emby core issue ever fixed to help clean up these duplicates / old "smart match" entries ?
