External players

Just wondering .... is it possible to use more than one external video player? Cant see any way to select so guess its a stupid question but i would like to be able to split my titles across players, each one having its own specific properties.

For MBC, you can add more than one player, or even the same player multiple times, assigning each instance to different file types.

I don't know about MBT... haven't tried multiple external players there.

You can use external players with MBT as well, click on settings:

 

 

 

 

Then click on external player, then add player:

 

 

 

 

After that select the settings for the player, media type to select, the path ... etc, then click on submit, and you are done:
