sfredo 0 Posted March 22, 2018 Posted March 22, 2018 Hi, I've added Emby to my Kodi install through a docker container and shared some folders with it. Kodi's library was properly configured and once I created a library in Emby the items are being displayed twice in Kodi. I would like to remove the Emby references from Kodi since they take longer to load than the existing ones. However I would still like to have an Emby library so that it can be externally accessible. Can this be accomplished? Can Emby not automatically add its library automatically to Kodi?
Angelblue05 4132 Posted March 22, 2018 Posted March 22, 2018 Launch the emby for kodi add-on > local database reset. However this will remove other content that may not belong to emby, you'll need to refresh your Kodi sources to make them reappear. Emby for Kodi is meant to take over the Kodi database so no. But you can use embycon instead which offers dynamic listing to your content.
