specials showing in more than one place

Morning all,

 

Just a quick query i have....

 

I have my folder structure set up TV show\Name\Season XX

 

I have a folder Season 00, for specials.  I have a TV episode in their, S00E02.  Emby picks this up and adds it to the specials option as well as putting it in season 05.  is there a way to only make it appear in specials?
