I just wanted to post a thanks and kudos!

 

No complaints.

No comparisons.

 

Just a thanks.

 

Long time Plex user that just found emby (I know... how did I miss it!) and am happy to say that it is now used 100% of the time for my viewing experiences.

Shocked I overlooked emby. 

Started with custom HTML & scripting on a PC hooked into my PC, then myHTPC, then MeedIO, a little native Windows shenanigans, MYTH, more custom crap, and yeah, XBMC (original on modded XBOX), XBMC on everything else, KODI and then found Plex and stalled there. Well, untill a few weeks ago. :yay-gif-needed:

 

My primary viewing device is a 4K FireTV gen 3 (primary) and a few Apple TV 4Ks (secondary).

 

Just love the interface. Works great.

Backend is fun and powerful!

 

Great stuff.

 

Only after a week of playing I went for the lifetime premiere membership.

I am/was a Plex user for 5++ years and still am yearly  ... never pulled that trigger and never will I guess.

 

Anyway..........

Congrats man, you did the right choice there! Good community, good developpers and good service, all things that represent well Emby and his eco system!
