Vertical scrollbar doesn't appear

Everytime I open the dashboard, the vertical scrollbar is gone, I have to press F5 in order to make it appear, it is annoying. I'm using the latest google chrome:

My 2 servers both do this with chrome, also any computer I've tested accessing emby with chrome. A refresh brings it back temporarily.

I guess there has to be other variables then as I can not reproduce on Windows 7 and 10, and server 2008.

I tested Microsoft Edge and it works, the problem is with google chrome.

It is more then just Chrome or the server, as it works fine on multiple versions of Windows 10 and on multple machines.

This is broken again with the latest server and the latest Google Chrome, I have to press F5 to refresh the page for the scroll bar to appear.

FWIW I have the same issue in Opera 55 and 56 (and Chrome 69) with Emby 3.5.2 and a refresh usually brings the scrollbar back.

 

 

Update:

 

I noticed that for me it happens only as the Admin user. If I use another account with admin access it doesn't happen.

I continue to experiance the lack of the left scrollbar on 4 different machines using chrome. I had even down a full clean windows install on both a client and server machines to see if I could resolve it with all default settings. I gave up and hit refresh every time.

So now it is figuring out the variable that affect you and not others.  As I have the same Chrome version and haven't seen this issue.

I noticed today the scrollbar appears miraculously in the first attempt, did you do something server side maybe?
