Xxx section missing

Within the last day or two the xxx section on the emby app for android app has disappeared. Does anybody have any idea why ?

Within the app at the top of the page it has all collections movies movie kids new release movies on air TV and the xxx portion is missing

Are you referring to the Android mobile app? What device is the app on?

Ok, have you tried configuring your home screen settings? Home screen settings allow you to decide what shows up on the home screen. I am guessing perhaps something has been accidentally removed. 

 

To configure home screen settings, use the emby web app, click your user icon in the top right -> then click home screen settings.

 

Then restart the android tv app and it will respect the changes. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks.

I tried that but that xxx library is no longer listed in there.

have you checked emby library setup? is it listed there?

So it looks like you may have removed the library from library setup. I would try adding it back.

But you've added other libraries before, right? It's easy, just click the big + button that says "Add Media Library"

I didn’t set this up as it is up and I don’t have the option on my settings to add media library

Are you using a service of some sort for your media/Emby access?

Yes it’s not my server. It’s a service provided by someone else.

Then it sounds like they changed the content and you'll need to discuss this with them.
